This is an initiative set up by Divino Corp (Peruvian Restaurant Group), with the objective of providing healthy food to the underprivileged people in the province of Huaura, Lima (Peru).

“The objective is to feed the largest number of people where the population has not been favored by the Peruvian government subsidies, to achieve this, the system used is that for every plate sold in Ceviches by Divino, Divino Ceviche or Ataco by Divino, a plate of food will be donated in Peru,” said Frank Encalada, Partner and CEO of Divino Corp.

Ceviches with a Purpose was founded with the goal of assisting single mothers and children in impoverished areas of Peru. Ceviches with a Purpose is now a reality for a group of Peruvian friends who have the opportunity and blessing of being able to assist single mothers in living a dignified life and providing food for their children. All Ceviches by Divino restaurants in the United States are currently working with Ceviches with Purpose.

In addition, food deliveries continue to be made and entrepreneurship plans are being developed with single mothers.

Our food consists of a mixture of rice and noodles accompanied by lentils, peas, dehydrated carrots, beans, beans, wheat, quinoa, chocolates, Maca and oatmeal. Each bag contains 2 or 3 ingredients as basic products, the other products are alternatives. In terms of distribution and ease of use, our foods are packaged in individual bags for easy transport to remote regions. They are also highly nutritious combinations that are easy to prepare and consume.
